Meet the team
Arnold Persoon
Arnold is an experienced Director of Business Development, administrator and coach with a proven track record in the international education sector. Proficient in sustainable business, change management and leadership development.
Strong professional who combines achieving ambitious growth and change outcomes with a people-oriented approach.
Arnold holds a Masters in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster (London), the Leadership Development Programme from Nyenrode Business University and is also a NOBCO accredited coach through ICM's coaching programme.
Rob Jansen
Rob connects, and knows how to build a bridge between the potential hectic nature of (complex) organisations and the personal leadership of each individual, with a focus on connecting with yourself and the other.
He brings experience from his professional career as a consultant and leader of teams at start-ups, scale-ups, and corporates. In addition to this, he brings especially himself, with all his life experience, with high ups and deep downs, and his resilience.
