Module 1 (days 1-3): Me as a leader from a place of inspiration and trust
In the first 3 days, we lay a powerful foundation for your leadership. You become aware of who you are and what you do. And whether that is consistent with each other because why do it the hard way when it can be easy?
Day 1. Who am I and what do I do?
Do you let your thinking and actions drive you out of trust or fear?
What is the impact of this, and is that the impact you would like to have?
What are your intentions for yourself, your colleagues and the organisation?Goal: Take the first steps to start living and working more and more from a place of confidence. And discover how much easier and more successfully you can make life and work as a result.
Day 2. What matters to me?
What are my talents, qualities?
What do I want to contribute my qualities, time and energy to?
How do I do that and where am I still holding myself back?Goal: Start using your talents and qualities consciously, authentically, to contribute to what is important to you in the organisation. Recognise your own obstructive patterns and learn how to transform them.
Day 3. How do I live and work structurally with Zest?
How am I vital and strong?
How can I think clearly and sharply?
How am I positive and balanced?
How am I joyful and fulfilled?Goal: Take charge of your own well-being and your desired outcomes physically, mentally, emotionally and meaningfully; in the short and long term with small, daily, practical steps.

Module 2 (days 4-6): Leading others from inspiration and trust
In this 2nd part of the programme, we expand our focus to your interactions with others. How do you connect? How do you motivate and inspire? And how do you offer your colleagues a platform to translate their qualities into results together.
Day 4: What is my intention and what am I doing in collaboration with others?
Do I lead with inspiration, inner wisdom and trust, and what do I need for this, from myself and others?
How do I take and give space?
How do I set and communicate limits in a constructive way?Goal: Become aware of how you relate to others and how to do so from a place of confidence and strength.
Day 5: Communicating effectively
How do I effectively communicate goals, responsibilities, and a connecting work culture?
How do I create a professional connection with others based on mutual trust?Goal: Put your colleagues confidently and joyfully, powerfully on their own feet so that they contribute to your shared goals from their qualities and energy.
Day 6: Leading collaboration with Zest!
How do I lead collaboration from inspiration, inner wisdom and trust?
What are the pillars of successful collaboration in my team(s)?
How do I deal with conflict and different interests?Goal: Create positive and successful collaboration in your team(s)

Module 3 & joker day (days 7-10): Leading from inspiration and trust within and outside your organisation
This final module is about your vision as a leader for your organisation. How do you stand with enthusiasm and confidence in the dynamics of rapid change and uncertainty? How do you build a powerful organisation of the future?
Day 7: What is my vision as a leader?
What do I get excited for?
Where am I going and where am I not going; what do I stand for and what are my limits?
Where is the organisation going as far as I am concerned?
Am I thinking from abundance or scarcity?Goal: Develop a vision and take concrete steps to realise it.
Day 8: How do I want to work with others in the long run?
How do I build networks of trust and meaningful relationships both inside and outside my organisation?
How do I encourage integral/win-win thinking and collaboration with all stakeholders?
Do I assume We (together) or We-Them (competition/competition)?Goal: Build win-win-win
Day 9. What do I need to contribute to a culture of inspiration and trust?
How do I do this?
How do I exemplify leadership?
How can I do this together with others? How do I stand for (and present ) my vision in a relaxed manner?Goal: Take your place as a leader more and more consciously in your organisation and beyond. With lots of inspiration and satisfaction!
Day 10. The joker day!
We use this day to further explore open questions and development challenges of participants in the group. The content depends on what is alive in the group and what is of value to the participants at that moment.
